My boy have blackish or grayish patches on the skin of their bodies and have tan colored coat growing from these areas.
Any suggestion what to do? Is it pet dog or he can go to show?

krista patches on the skin call pigment which is a good thin for Maltese. Taking about the color of Maltese coat, It is predominantly white (and there are many shades of white) and light lemon or champagne markings are allowed on the ears and on young puppies under 12 months.
In order to know if it is worth to take your dog to the show, you really have to do your homework and look at a lot of things not just a coat.
